- Booking: Appointments for our services may be booked via our website, phone, or in person. You will receive a confirmation text once your appointment is secured.
- Payment: A service fee of $1 will be applied to visits totaling over $25 per customer, and $2 for over $150 to cover for all personal one time used products and tools like buffer, filler, liner and more.
3. Service Satisfaction
- Service Guarantees: We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us during your visit so we can address the issue immediately. We will repair any breakages within 36 hrs from the appointment time without charges, charges may be applied to repairs after this period. Please book your repair appointment.
4. Health & Safety
- Health Concerns: Please inform our staff of any allergies, health conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment, especially if you are pregnant or have medical conditions that may affect the service (eg. Diabetes).
- Sanitation: We prioritize the health and safety of our clients by adhering to strict sanitation standards of public health for all tools, products, and workspaces.
5. Product Liability
- Product Use: All products used during your service are chosen for their quality and safety. However, Nails For You is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin conditions, or irritation caused by products or services. It is your responsibility to notify us of any known allergies or sensitivities.
- Home Care: We recommend the proper aftercare of your nails, lashes, or brows for the best results. Nails For You is not responsible for any damage or breakage if aftercare instructions are not followed.
